What exactly is the 24-Day Christmas Squishy Countdown?
It's a festive calendar with 24 numbered doors. Behind each door is a mini squishy surprise figure, so there's one tiny gift for each day of December up to Christmas Eve.
What age is it suitable for?
Age grading is being confirmed with our supplier, so we're not stating one yet. Please check the product page for the confirmed age range and small-parts warning before buying for young children.
Are the surprise contents clearly described?
Yes. Each set tells you how many figures are included before you buy. There are no paid mystery orders and no hidden contents — the joy is opening the doors day by day.
How do I pay, and is checkout secure?
Checkout is securely hosted by Stripe, so your payment details are entered on their page, not ours. You'll get an order confirmation as soon as payment goes through.
When will it arrive?
Delivery times depend on where you're ordering from. Checkout collects your delivery address and shows the available options before you pay.
Can I return it if it isn't right?
See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy — and contact us if anything arrives damaged or isn't as described.
